Capabilities

Engineering first. Then steel.

We build packaged units and enclosures from 100 kW to 2 MW. The box is designed around the engine, the noise target, and the yard.

Range

100 kW to 2 MW packaged units and enclosures.

Walk-in, skin-tight, stacked, and containerized packages across that band for standby and prime power.

Structural & civil interface

Wind ratings commonly 135 mph+, IBC site-specific seismic, lifting and transport points, and pad or tank-base mounting.

Acoustics

Lined panels, acoustic louvers, intake/exhaust silencers, and door seals designed to a stated near-field or property-line dBA.

Thermal & airflow

Radiator placement, combustion air, recirculation control, and high-ambient packages so the set does not derate in the box.

Materials

Carbon steel, 5052 aluminum, and 300-series stainless. Powder or liquid coatings for industrial and coastal sites.

Fuel integration

Sub-base tanks, day tanks, pumps, vents, spill containment, and monitoring coordinated with the enclosure structure.

Electrical & controls interface

Cable entry, link boxes, lighting, heaters, and space allocation for dealer-furnished panels and paralleling gear.

Steel fabrication shop with overhead crane

Manufacturing

Repeatable production for campus orders.

Hyperscale programs are won on identical units, not one-off art. We design for a first article, then lock the BOM, drawings, and finish so unit 24 matches unit 1.

  • Welded structural frames and insulated sandwich or liner panels
  • In-house fit-out of mechanical and electrical interfaces
  • Factory acceptance documentation per unit or per lot
  • Transport engineering for oversize loads

Compliance targets

Designed to the codes operators actually ask for.

Final listings depend on the package and the authority having jurisdiction. We routinely design toward the following.

IBC seismic / wind UL 142 tank coordination NEMA 3R / 4X NEC interfaces Local noise ordinances Factory FAT records
