Walk-in acoustic enclosures
Serviceable interiors for 100 kW–2 MW standby sets. Acoustic lining, personnel doors, removable panels, and roof-mounted or remote radiators.
Data center power packaging
Custom walk-in, skin-tight, stacked, and containerized packages that protect standby and prime power for hyperscale, colo, and enterprise campuses.
What we build
Modeled on how leading packagers serve data center dealers and operators: custom steel and aluminum housings with engineered airflow, acoustics, fuel systems, and service access.
Most specified
Serviceable interiors for 100 kW–2 MW standby sets. Acoustic lining, personnel doors, removable panels, and roof-mounted or remote radiators.
Density
Vertical configurations that double power in a constrained yard. Engineered cooling and exhaust paths for both decks.
Speed
ISO-based and close-fit canopies for edge, colo, and phased campus builds where transport and schedule matter.
Why data centers specify custom packaging
Operators and dealers choose purpose-built enclosures because weather, noise ordinances, fuel runtime, and service access decide whether a 2N plant actually starts when the utility drops.
How we work
Genset model, kW, voltage, dBA target, wind/seismic, fuel hours, and yard constraints. We work with dealers and owner-engineers.
Structural, acoustic, and airflow design. Materials: carbon steel, aluminum, or stainless. Coatings for C3–C5 environments.
Welded frames, insulated panels, tanks, exhaust, electrical interfaces, and lighting. Optional switchgear docking.
Dimensional, coating, door/hardware, and integrated-system checks. Documentation packaged for the program, not just the unit.
Single units or 20+ campus lots with consistent drawings, BOM, and finish. Install support available.
Spare panels, replacement silencers, and as-built packages so the next phase matches the first.
Compatible platforms
We package major OEM sets rather than lock you into a single brand. Typical range 100 kW to 2 MW for standby, prime, and gas applications.
Next campus, next phase
